O presidente dos estúdios Nu Boyana da Bulgária, David Varod, disse em entrevista à agência búlgara Sofia News que Os Mercenários 2 (The Expendables 2) terá John Travolta, Chuck Norris e Jean-Claude Van Damme no elenco. Segundo o executivo, os três atores se juntam a Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rourke, Jet Lee, Terry Crews, Randy Couture e Bruce Willis.
